A mental health treatment plan can last anywhere between 30 and 90 days depending on the condition of the individual. Treatment duration is determined by the history, severity, and period of mental illness or co-occurring disorders. A severer condition requires a more intensive treatment plan. The longer the treatment plan is, the more beneficial it is.
The admission process is a simple step-by-step procedure that is explained to the patient prior admission. Before admitting any patient, our medical practitioners have a short interaction with them. This is done to understand their issues, disorders, medical history, and use of medications. After that, a mutually suitable admission date is set and the rules and regulations explained. On the set admit date, the patient arrives at the mental health rehab, the paperwork is completed, and treatment begins.

Our behavioral health center is licensed and accredited. We follow all the best practices in the industry. This is the reason, Medical Concierge is one of the leading mental health and co-occurring disorders treatment provider in California.
A treatment plan is determined by our medical team on the basis of the evaluation conducted by our medical experts before the actual admission. During this discussion, the medical expert tries to understand the history, severity, and period of a patient’s disorder. They also enquire about medications used and the presence of co-occurring disorders. Based on the interaction, the primary therapist develops a personalized treatment plan. After this, a patient undergoes a biopsychosocial test to determine if the plan would suit them or not. Once satisfied, the therapist finalizes the treatment plan.
During treatment, each patient is monitored closely. If the primary therapist feels that a patient is not responding to a medicine or a therapy as expected or that the dose and frequency of the medication or the therapy needs to be adapted, they may modify the plan to ensure quick and comfortable recovery.
We meet you where you are even if you relapse. Relapse is a part of mental health recovery. Staying in an inpatient mental health treatment center, protected from triggers and every day stressors, provides support and tools in your recovery. The real test comes when one transitions back to normal life. There, an individual constantly faces the triggers and the stressors making managing the mental illness a challenge. However, this is where alumni services and continuing care comes in handy. Alumni services and continuing care keep the individual connected with the goals of treatment and inspire long-term recovery.
We keep our group therapy sessions small and intimate. This allows the therapists to focus on each patient individually and also ensures that the participating patient can reap maximum benefits.
Residential treatment is a 24/7 live-in stay in a designated residential mental health treatment center rather than a hospital. This puts the patient at ease, helping them to open up about the issues they have and be more receptive to treatment. A house-setting also gives them an opportunity to feel how wonderful it would be to live without the fear of facing a mental disorder alone. Such settings also contribute towards a patient’s long-term recovery process.
A pre-assessment test is important to determine a patient’s medical history. This enables the primary therapist to develop a treatment plan that is customized to suit the patient’s need. Medical Concierge believes that when it comes to holistic treatment, the intervention plan should address not only the disorder but also the factors that led to it in the first place. A pre-assessment helps the medical team to determine these factors and include their treatment also in the designed personalized plan. Certain tests and assessments at this stage also help the therapist determine if the prepared treatment plan would suit the individual or not.
